Everything about this location is fantastic. I just think Panera Bread overcharges for their products. That's it
Cinnamon crunch bagel and iced tea are very good but this place is too "self serve" for the high prices. Now, when I pay with a debit card I have to answer yes or no tipping my server... Server? She handed me an empty cup and sent me on my way. Why would I have to tip that kind of service? But of course, she is staring right at me so I check off "yes" and give her even more money. Well done Panera..
So I took a ride over to Panera bread for my fav soup. I waited in line for 5 mins while the cashier girl Was busy talking to another co worker . She apparently did not seem in the best of moods . She finally came over and didn’t even greet me or said I’m sorry for the wait. .. just “ what you getting ?” I told her the broccoli cheddar bread in a bowl to go. She asked if I wanted chips or apple I said no, she look at me funny . I said no I really don’t want a side . She then said you are all set . She never even looked at me or showed like she appreciates her job. Then I waited for my order. I can hear all the co workers bad mouthing about previous customers . I couldn’t believe it. So unprofessional!!!! THEN I went to get my food and guess what . No bread just the soup. I didn’t want to waste my energy to ask for my bread I paid for . I don’t appreciate this Panera bread location at all . You need to hire a brand new staff . Why should I continue to buy food from this place if the co workers don’t appreciate there customers . With out Panera bread the staff would not have a job . Please do something about this ! Thanks . (I do t write reviews but I had to this one time )
Typical panera with good service! Just inside a mall which is a positive!
One of the nicest Panera cafe's I've ever seen. Natural light streams through the windows and skylights, illuminating the cafe to create a relaxing breakfast experience. The staff is incredible knowledgable and helpful! Good was very good.
