Even though it isn't an independent bookstore, it still has more soul than B&N and is a much more enjoyable place to shop. Employees are always helpful and knowledgable, and it may be smaller in size but it always has what I am looking for. Surprisingly large manga/anime/graphic novel selection and a nice selection of board games and Pops, too. If you buy books frequently, their discount card is well worth the minimal cost.
