Dr. Vaughn's office has been amazing. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful and every dental hygienist is always professional and makes you feel relaxed. Shana was very personable and made me feel comfortable before my appointment; and as always Dr. Vaughn was more than excellent.
Brought my 3 year old daughter for her first check up and cleaning yesterday. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is above and beyond. The rooms are completely kid friendly. All the procedures where explained to my daughter in a fun manner. Dr. Chen and Shana were patient and accommodating. Can't say enough about our first experience!
I have been a patient of Dr. Vaughn since 2003 and honestly would not go to anywhere else. Dr. Vaughn and his staff go out of their way for their patients. I called this morning for an emergency and they had me in within the hour. The work they do is amazing. I highly recommend them.

My mother informed me that she enjoyed her time at this dentistry, especially when receiving help from one of the receptionists, Christina. Christina was very patient with my mother in regards to insurance information and answered all questions that my mother had about the appointment. However, my mother was also very pleased with the service altogether. It seems as though all staff members are very knowledgeable in this field and try their best to make every patient feel comfortable during their procedures.
