It is comforting to know that Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home provides the professional care, compassion, and attention to details that is so needed for families dealing with the loss of a loved one. At all times, my sister and I felt we were in good hands-- from our initial meeting with Holly and Robert about prepaid burials to the day of the actual loss of our dad. When the time came for us to meet with them again every effort was made to assist us with the passing of our dad.There are many areas of care that one might not initially think about beforehand that were efficiently taken care of which I will list as follows: transportation of the family member to the funeral home, preparing the body (preserving, cosmetics, grooming, attire, etc.), having the prayer cards printed, recording information for media (if desired), contacting the place of worship, arranging to have the pallbearers available, providing a flower car and hearse, checking on flower delivery, contacting the cemetery about the plot, contacting the military for a special tribute, filling out an application for a military footmarker, acquiring necessary paperwork, assisting the family with transport to the church and cemetery, willingness to answer questions with patience, being present at the place of worship and cemetery, assisting and guiding guests, being present during and after the burial at the cemetery and so on. My sister told me to tell Robert and Holly that our experience did not feel like a business transaction, but we felt like they were family members. This is a very trustworthy, professional, compassionate funeral home establishment. We recommend them highly.
