Checked in last night. Rooms were clean and the lobby area was nice. The thing that stood out was the night staff. They were fantastic. My baby girl was crying late at night and we were walking around the lobby. A nice woman and gentleman offered her a couple of toys to help out with her fussiness. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. Much appreciated.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is welcoming. Got to our rooms and felt comfortable right away. The king size bed is out favorite. Once in it we didn't want to come out of it. We came up for a Wedding so we wasn't in the room very long but the hotel & room is very clean and well designed. I would recommend this hotel to other friends and family.
Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Nice to have real glasses, microwave and fridge.

Convenient if travelling a distance to attend gathering. Great conversation area. If not ready to leave or retire after event, a cozy sit, chat and drink lounge is available. A night to remember ☺
My reservation was incorrect, l was lied to and told the concierge floor I booked was closed for construction, then carpet cleaning, but those were lies. The lounge was closed for the holiday but the 325 square ft room with a 50 foot balcony didn't exist. And I couldn't have booked it because it was closed. I did a dry run and NOW if I try to book it shows no concierge rooms available. They called me a liar. When I have the name of another person who had the exact same experience booked concierge and was told no good. I arrived at 3:30 pm my king concierge was not only not available but no king beds two "double beds" which were really twins and my husband who is on chemotherapy and I had to sleep in separate beds. I had been told to call to see if our room was ready and called from 7 am till 1:30 pm. King room not ready. Still not ready at 3:30 pm. Toilet clogged entire time. Had to plunge every time we flushed. Then there was the man shaving in the hot tub. I have video of that. And all the way through the management told me it was my fault that I didn't double check my reservation email. They had more stories than Aesop. They did not shut down the hot tub for 20 minutes after being advised that there was a man bathing in it.
Very nice for a gathering. Food is good.
Although the decor has been updated, the overall feel is still old. Common areas don't feel clean Bathroom is very small.
Used the in room food service several times. Staff was friendly. Food wasn't bad but the menu is odd. (supposed to be 2 soups daily but there never is. Several odd soup choices like polish cabbage or lamb stew. No truth in menu. House roasted turkey BLT was just regular turkey lunch meat, no chimicuri sauce with the steak, no tomato jam with the burger, no seasonal flavor of ice cream, Caesar dressing had no flavor, no local honey, golden raisins and almonds with the oatmeal Etc.) Seems like whenever there was supposed to be a unique ingredient it wasn't included.
