I can not believe your staff did not walk around to see if the comfort level is there with all systems.
Went here to check out the Btx theater, The theater was not cleaned and there were empty cups and popcorn all over the place. The sound system was great but the screen was not calibrated and the picture was very grey and I'm not being picky it was just bad. The bathroom was even worse there was urine all over the floor and they just put a wet floor sign up instead of cleaning it. To top it all off somebody pulled the fire alarm and i didn't even get to finish my movie.
For the most part they are a good theater. However when asked to take care of a problem guest who can't stay off their phone during a movie... They suck. They do not remedy the problem.
Great customer service .went to see a movie and go sit down all the seat were filled I went to service desk and they care e me to free tickets for any day or time.with no questions asked.only negative is the price for pop corn and soda is high. And they should give u unlimited refill .instead of one.for that price. So that's y 4 star instead of 5
It's a good theatre. Nothing special. Currently under renovations. Good popcorn.
The sound was so high and grossly loud I had to watch holding my ears shut. As well as so many others.
You have a beautiful well kept theater.
A reminder the projection operator did not adjust the volume of the movie too a level of effect. And voice
The show was a 5 star. The theater number 8 was great, very happy with everything.
