Hopefully they turn things around as this was an awful experience.
1 star for not good -5 is considered exceptional in my book. 12/03/2017-Eager to go to the family owned burger restaurant until the experience as soon as we walked in disappointed me. Beginning with the green hostess, unsociable husky waiter from the bar who was more interested in his girlfriends cup of coffee and brought out warm tap water in a glass when asked for hot water in a mug with fresh lemon only, no buffalo dip, missed items on the specialty burgers such as cheddar on the bbq.bacon burger, two straws one opened and a request for napkins we never received. This is all horrible for a restaurant that sadly opened in late October 2017. Please get it together!!!!! The restaurant built with what looks like family love and loyalty should consider reviewing and rehiring the staff and adding a ma-to with a structure to inflict warmth and superior customer services.
However, -4 stars because the service is downright awful. This review will be toke stamped from when we sat down:
They did offer to make it again but we left. Went to Wendy's.
This was our second time for dinner. The first experience was terrible. We decided to try again... we were pleasantly surprised with our service (Dawn was our server and was quick and attentive). What came out of the kitchen was excellent, but the kitchen still needs to work on Getting the order right. I look forward to coming back and expect that this detail will be sorted out.
Waited 40 minutes yesterday for my food. They brought out complimentary tater tots which was nice. After waiting another few minutes we asked for the check for our drinks so we could leave. Our server said the food was made and was sitting there this whole time, but it would all be free. I asked for it to be wrapped so we could go. The server came back and said per policy they don't let it sit for more than 10 minutes and it was thrown out.
They took our name so we could come back for a free meal, but after an hour for our food I'm not sure we'll be going back. There were a few other tables that were getting "I'm sorry" a lot so it didn't seem like an isolated incident, at least on that day.
70:00: begrudgingly eat cold burger without requested sides.
The server told us twice they were checking on our food. So apparently that was not truthful because at some point someone should have said "hey I had to throw that order out." But that never happened.
Overall a good experience. 30 minute wait for a table. Food was at the table within 15 mintutes of ordering. No mistakes & the burgers & sides are very good. They need new bartenders though. For a small bar it takes a while to get drinks.
This was awful. For a new restaurant- at lunch time on Black Friday when you're at 50% capacity- 90 mins for turn around is horrendous.
60:00: burger and thanksgiving sandwich come out. Burger is cold. We can't find waitress and when going up to another server- was told she would "go find her."
1 star because the place is exceptionally clean.
25:00: only the cocktail comes out. No beer. No water.
85:00: server appears and asks if we want dessert and doesn't ask how meal was.
10:00: We ordered water, two drinks, a Thanksgiving sandwich, a burger, and 2 sides.
45:00: water, utensils.
35:00: beer and 2 sides comes out. No plates, utensils, napkins, water.
