So I go into Khols Trumbull and pic up a pair of shoes on the clearance rack and picked up a box of black converse that looked like a steal for $14.99. They were amongst other boxes marked the same. After 30 minutes of calling this one and that one. The Manager Jenn refuses to honor the price on the box sayings it's been tampered with. They prox red to give me a lesson on how to read the yellow versus white sticker on the boxes to make sure it is correctly marked. Like I work there and everything I buy I have to double check them. Completely horrible customer service, no offer of a reasonable resolution just a no.
