Terrible service! Went this morning for the new assassin's creed game which was coming out on Fri. They didn't even put it out yet. I waited 15 minutes while an employee went to the stock room to look for it. They should have had those game's on the shelves when they opened up the store. That's just either laziness or no supervision. I still bought the game but when they said I have to go to a different store for the guide then I just returned the game for a refund. Next time I'll just go to Wal-Mart like I started to. Not the first time this has happened.
Used my price scanner app and showed the manager that I found items on line and in store cheaper, and he wouldn't honor it because it wasn't from they're tablet which they claim is target. com! Showed him my phone which started target 0. miles and online and it didn't matter! In fact he also stated they can have different prices at different stores and won't honor the cheaper price for the same item! Yet they claim they'll honor competitors prices BS!!!
This Target store is always clean & well stocked. Carries all the Target brands and products they have at all the stores. The employees are nice and helpful. I've been, like most women, to every Target in my area and this one it's one of the better ones. I have no issues using my cartwheel app. Returns/Customer Service desk it's usually in and out. Same goes for the check out lines. Has the usual Starbucks, Targets food shop and pharmacy.
My wife and I enjoy taking a stroll here. We always come out of here with some good finds.
I've never had a bad experience at this location.
This store is located behind Hawley Lane Mall-Home Goods, Kohls, people's bank, Dunkin, Dressbarn& Best Buy-you can go through their parking lot and/or use Targets own entrance from the Hawley Lane (road). Target is in off the road but easily visible. There is also a parking lot under the store which works great during the Christmas mad house and it's snowing. Elevator brings you from under Target garage right out front of the store.
I really enjoy shopping at target always fine something on sale that I need. Store is clean and cashiers are nice and very polite.
