The sales women in the ralph lauren section were speaking to my mother-inlaw in a condescending way. It was only when i asked if my macy's credit card and plent card could be looked up for my purchase is when their tone changed. Im giving this 3 stars only because all the women in the Mac lipstick section where very kind and helpful.
Today, I went shopping for business attire. I was about to walk out disappointed because I was not able to locate a suit jacket in my size. I was only able to find the pants. Hina searched the system and noticed there was 1 jacket in the store. She and Lisandra were persistent and searched until Lisandra found it. Both ladies were very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me. It was an excellent experience. Not many department store employees would take the time to search for 1 jacket. Thank you ladies and thank you Macy's for hiring good people.
There is never an associate at the counter. I shop frequently only cause it's the closest location. I've asked several times for many products that they are out of stock and never order or have in stock. Surrounding counters like Clinique, este lauder, Lancôme and mac just glance at me while I wait patiently for help. I used to work for this company many years ago and the standards were much higher back then. I remember guests with purchases over 100$ received gifts to try other products. Past 3 times I've purchased over 200$ and no one offers me even a sample.
