They ruined a great experience with great previous staff with a horrible unable new current staff. What a shame. Won't go back even though it's the most convenient location. Won't make that mistake again. Awful.
No return phone calls after several messages were left on CSRs phone. At&t in branford ended up coming to the rescue.
Avoid this store at all costs. Horrible. Incompetent waste of time. Go to any other store.
I've been going to this store as a loyal customer since it opened. The staff USED to be amazing. They gutted the staff with incompetent staff including managers who feel they are doing you a favor attitude very condescending and are good at saying no cant do that. Inefficient not knowledgeable and not helpful. Basic simple tasks are difficult unable to trouble shoot or resolve a situation. Go to any other store don't go here. Awful staff. Unable to resolve an issuer the old staff would have you in and out in no time satisfied. This staff have trouble with simple tasks and are unwilling to help and will keep you there for hours with no results. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
If there were negative stars... they would get it. My experience was so bad, I had to call ATT head office for assistance. Stay away from this store. It was an awful awful experience.
I wish I could Give NO STARS!! If I were an executive at AT&T I would fire the whole staff and begin from scratch with employees that understand customer service and not just how to get the sale. I have had multiple problems from a simple family upgrade that the employees and the managers (all Three of them) could not fix. Even their own customer service department was disgusted by all the mistakes they made. With all that I was not given any empathy or even a true sincere apology. This place is bad news!! you are wasting your time and MONEY if you go to this store!!!!
Walked in with an issue left out with an issue and less trust in ATT. I spoke to Carlos and he did not even check the notes that Customer Service representatives had made. He decided to make up a few things and get me on my way once he saw he could not make an immediate sale.
