Ran an idiotic HDMI to component conversion instead of just running a new HDMI through the walls. I had to completely redo his work myself. I do not recommend.
Mike did a total upgrade of our existing audio visual system over this summer. He was nothing short of 200% customer focused and not only gave us a system that best suits our needs, but also top notch service often times going above and beyond the call of duty. Examples: worked all day with our Dish Network installer to ensure a proper installation of our satellite service, took our broken TV for service and brought it back to our home once repaired, rebooted our system remotely late on Christmas Eve... I wouldn't hesitate to call Mike with any and all AV needs; he is the best.
